What is a discovery call?
A discovery call is a 60-minute conversation with our Customer Acceleration Coach, Nikki Schaubel. It’s similar to a phone interview, but with interesting questions and a distinct lack of stuffiness. There’s no need to study - you already know the answers to everything Nikki will ask, like what you sell, why you sell it and what makes you happy in life. (Yes, your happiness matters!) Learning how you want to feel helps the Blue Cow Marketing team figure out how to make your business work for you.
Once the call is complete, Nikki condenses the conversation into a summary format for your review and comment. Shaun takes over from there, strategizing the best options to catapult your business to the next level.

The Take Action phase is where we frame out our plan, implement, and run an initial test launch for our Action Plan for a specific offering and market segment.
After an initial test launch, the Optimize phase is where a customer will refine their Action Plan content to maximize its impact and drive incremental improvement in their business.
