Push Me Coach

December 2, 2015

Yesterday we were picking our daughter up from cheer-leading class and she seemed a bit down.  When asked what was wrong she mentioned that they were doing push up and she told the coach she could not do them.  Come to find out, she could do them but it was the hand stands that were giving her problems.  At that point she was just upset that the coach was trying to get her to do something that was not easy for her.

We went on to explain that was the job of a coach.  They are there to push you further than you think you’re able to go.  It’s the way to grow, get stronger and become better at what you are doing.

I’m telling you this because it’s the exact same as in business.  Especially in the line of work that I do.  I’m a success coach when it comes to my clients.  I help them to think strategic, we develop an implementation plan and then we implement that plan into action.  Along the way I strive to make you think differently.  To think about your business and it’s marketing in a way that you have never done before.  For most this is a somewhat new concept and can be draining and daunting.  However when stuck with the outcome on the other end is far more prosperous and rewarding than when you went in.

Whether it’s a success coach, an accountant, bookkeeper, lawyer or mentor.  They are there in your life to coach you, push you to be your best and do things better than you have ever done.

Next time you feel the strain, push through and say, I’m ready coach….put me in the game!
